about the founder

Carlee Fultz

Carlee Fultz is a marketing strategist and graphic designer with over a decade of experience. She began her career in the music industry, holding diverse roles at major labels and global publishing companies across New York, NY, and Nashville, TN. Eventually, the call of the coast led her back to Wilmington, NC, where she had previously earned her Marketing Strategy degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Embracing her entrepreneurial spirit, Carlee worked on a local oyster farm, captivated by the process of creating something from nothing.

Driven by her passion for supporting non-profits and mission-driven businesses, she founded Salmon Rose Creative, a marketing and design agency that empowers non-profits and small businesses to amplify their impact. Carlee believes that meaningful global change begins with local efforts, and her work reflects this philosophy. In addition to leading Salmon Rose Creative, she supports a range of non-profits, including Minorities In Aquaculture, Greater Project, Five Star Project, low-cost health clinics, and animal welfare initiatives. Carlee also serves on the board of Pursuit of Balance Non-Profit, where she continues her commitment to social impact.
